Simon Luk is our consultant and recognised as a leading US and Hong Kong capital markets practitioner in Hong Kong. Before joining us, he was a partner and chairman of the Asian practice group of two major US law firms in Hong Kong for over thirty years.

Simon’s practice covers corporate finance, securities, and cross-border M&A transactions, including the listing and business combination of special purpose acquisition companies. He has an extensive experience and a long history representing international funds, multinational companies and Chinese companies in cross-border M&A s, private equity and US IPO transactions.
