  • conducting legal review and audit (such as environmental impact compliance and competition law risks) of prospective projects and tenders.
  • drafting and advising on bespoke contract documents and specifications.
  • handling claims and disputes arising out of all major standard forms of contract and sub-contract commonly used in Hong Kong and in the region, including the HKSAR government’s forms for public works, as well as MTRC, HKIA/HKIS, NEC, FIDIC and ICE forms of contract.
