Bio

Vivian Poon is our Consultant and has more than 25 years experience in advising multi-national and local clients in brand protection strategies around the world. Her focus is more on the trade mark advisory portfolio work, including auditing and due diligence in commercial transactions.

Vivian previously worked in one of the largest IP practice in Hong Kong and participated in many IP international conferences and events every year. She also served in the INTA sub-committees over the years and is recognised by leading IP publications such as Managing IP, World Trademark Review 1000, Who’s Who Legal and Euro Money Legal Media Group’s Expert Guides.

Representative Matters

• Represented a well known restaurant in their licensing strategies in Asia.
• Advising garment manufacturers on their due diligence of suppliers.
• Advising a local HK company in their acquisition of a worldwide brand.
