Kwok Yih & Chan advised on US$200 million joint venture between Professor Dennis Lo and Prenetics

Kwok Yih & Chan is proud to have advised on and facilitated a ground-breaking life science joint venture that could change the future of cancer detection.  The firm advised and represented world-renowned scientist Professor Dennis Lo in setting up “Insighta”, a US$200 million joint venture with Prenetics Global Limited (NASDAQ: PRE), to commercialise Professor Lo’s breakthrough “FRAGMA” technology and scientific findings in detecting multiple cancers at their early stages.  Professor Lo’s party and Prenetics will each hold a 50% equity stake in Insighta.
